Emface Treatment

ClariVein in Windermere is performed in our office. Your provider will use a small needle to insert the catheter into the vein being treated. The catheter has a rotating tip that will deliver medicine and induce the vein to collapse. Afterwards, your body redirects blood flow to the stronger, healthier vessels and absorbs the collapsed vein as fibrous tissue. The whole treatment will only take about 30 minutes!

Recovery with ClariVein is very easy, and you can return to your normal activities immediately. You should plan to wear a compression stocking for up to 2 weeks after your treatment, or as advised by your provider.

Does ClariVein hurt?

There is some mild discomfort associated with ClariVein, but it is not considered a painful procedure. Some patients report feeling like their leg is bruised after but overall, most patients report less pain than those receiving similar procedures.

Can I go to work after my procedure?

You can expect to return to normal activities immediately. The only exception is no heavy lifting or swimming for 48 hours after your procedure.

What will my leg look like after ClariVein?

Some swelling and bruising is normal but should resolve with time. You can take over-the-counter pain medication if you experience any pain.
